Food for thought...

There are many different types therapy. My favorite is CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy. CBT focuses on how a person's thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect their behaviors. Each of these listed are types of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
DBT is

Being still can be tough and even scary. What would being still look like for you? Equally, consider that people in your life who may be "busy" often may be "busy" to cope. There may be more to the story than you know.
